

After studying Political Science degree in France where I fell in love with wine, I studied sommelier and decided to dedicate myself to it. They immediately offer me to run the Cuenllas cellar at Media Ración. After a year and a half they called me to open and manage the La Canibalwine bar where I stayed for three years.Later on, I decided to do a master’s degree in Restaurant Innovation and Management at the Basque Culinary Center and upon my return to Madrid, I opened Bocanada.
